All roof rack bases on 1.2 and 1.5mm 2” x 1” box section steel all are fully zinc plated, gold passivated and then a process called JS500 is added to give a substantial increase over normal zinc and gold finishes. Roof Racks are available for most current popular models, 2, 3 and 4 bars with full length rear rollers available, see accessories for pipe tubes and rear door ladders.

All bulkheads are based on a steel box section frame, no wobbly pressed steel here! Therefore our bulkheads offer considerable strength advantages as well as (most importantly) ease of fitment.
2” 10guage Weld mesh used on ¾” 1.2mm box frames for Mesh type, 1.2mm sheet steel welded to ¾” box used on full steel bulkheads, various combinations available; full mesh, full steel, ½ mesh ½ steel, and frames for ply lining companies to fit their ply too for ease of fitment for their bulkheads. We don't make punched steel bulkheads.
